Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Pose: Caribbean Dominoes, operated by INVOVIBE TECH LTD (Cayman Islands). By playing, you accept them. If you do not agree, don't use the game.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required where you live) to play. If you sign in with Facebook, you also agree to Facebook's terms.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in secure. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, cheats, or abuses other players.
Coins are play money
In-game coins and items have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money or goods, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be transferred between players. Pose is a game of dominoes, not a gambling product — no part of the game involves wagering anything of real-world value. Coins you buy or earn are a limited licence to use them in the game, and they may expire if your account is closed.
Purchases
Optional purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are final and non-refundable. Prices and offers may change.
Fair play
Don't cheat, use bots or exploits, tamper with the client or network traffic, harass other players, or try to manipulate rankings, matchmaking, or coin rewards. Match results, rankings and coin balances are decided by our servers; attempts to forge them will end your account.
Our content, your feedback
The game, its art, and its brand belong to INVOVIBE TECH LTD. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the game without restriction, credit, or payment; you keep the right to say the same things elsewhere.
No warranty & liability
The game is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, INVOVIBE TECH LTD is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the game. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time — see the data deletion page. We may change or discontinue features, or end the service, with reasonable notice where practical.
Changes & contact
