Tester terms
These terms apply to the closed soft launch of Pose: Caribbean Dominoes, operated by INVOVIBE TECH LTD (Cayman Islands). Requesting a tester seat means you accept them.
It is a test
Soft-launch builds are unfinished. Expect bugs, matches that end badly, features that appear and disappear between builds, and progress that is wiped without warning. Nothing you accumulate during the test — statistics, ranking, tokens, cosmetics — is guaranteed to survive into the released game.
Seats are not guaranteed
Places are limited. Submitting the form is a request, not an enrolment. We may decline or withdraw a seat at any time, and we may end the test programme whenever we choose.
Tokens are play money
In-game tokens have no real-world value. They cannot be bought during the soft launch, cannot be exchanged for money or goods, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be transferred between players. Pose is a game of dominoes, not a gambling product, and no part of the test involves wagering anything of value.
Keep builds to yourself
Test builds and the invitations to them are for you. Don't redistribute the app, share your invitation, or publish screenshots, recordings, or streams of unreleased builds without asking us first. We will usually say yes — we would just like to know.
Your feedback
Feedback you send us — bug reports, rule corrections, suggestions — may be used to improve the game without restriction, credit, or payment. You keep the right to say the same things anywhere else. If a rule correction from you changes how a variant ships, we would like to credit you, and we will ask before doing so.
Store rules also apply
Builds are distributed through Google Play internal testing and Apple TestFlight. Google's and Apple's own terms govern your use of those services, alongside these terms.
No warranty
Test builds are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, INVOVIBE TECH LTD is not liable for any loss arising from your participation in the test. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Leaving
Stop whenever you like. Email hello@caribbeandominos.com to be removed from the programme and to have your signup record deleted — see the privacy notice.
These terms describe how we intend to run the test in plain language. They have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and will be replaced by full terms of service before general release.
