Delete your data
You can delete your Pose: Caribbean Dominoes account and the personal data we hold about you — including anything obtained through Facebook Login — at any time. There are two ways to do it.
In the app
Open Settings → Account → Delete account, confirm, and your account and personal data are scheduled for deletion. This is the fastest route and removes the link to your Facebook account as part of the process.
By email
Email hello@caribbeandominos.com with the subject Delete my data, from the email address or Facebook account you use for Pose. Tell us your in-game name if you have it. We will confirm and complete the deletion, normally within 30 days.
If you signed in with Facebook
You can also remove Pose's access to your Facebook account directly: Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Pose: Caribbean Dominoes, and remove it. To also delete the data we already hold, use one of the two methods above.
What gets deleted
Your account, display name, profile, in-game coin balance, statistics and rankings, your Facebook user id and any friend links, and diagnostic records tied to you. Some records may be retained briefly where the law requires (for example, fraud prevention or financial records for purchases), and are then removed.
