Privacy notice
This notice covers the tester signup form on caribbeandominos.com. It does not cover the game itself — a separate in-app privacy policy will be published before general release.
Who we are
INVOVIBE TECH LTD, a company registered in the Cayman Islands, is the data controller for information submitted through this site. Contact us at hello@caribbeandominos.com.
What we collect
- Your email address — required, so we can send you build instructions.
- Your platform choice — Android, iOS, or both, so we invite you to the right test track.
- Where you play — optional free text, used only to group testers into sensible time zones and matchmaking regions.
- The time you submitted, so we can allocate limited seats in order.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies on this site. There is no tracking pixel on this page.
One third-party request
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore makes a request to
fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which discloses your IP
address and browser details to Google under
Google's privacy policy.
Google states that it does not use Google Fonts requests to profile people or serve ads. No
cookie is set by these requests. It is the only third-party connection the site makes.
Why we collect it
Solely to operate the closed soft launch: to invite you to a test build, to contact you about that test, and to size the tester pool. We will not add you to a marketing list, sell your details, or share them with advertisers.
Where it is stored
In Google Firestore, part of Google Cloud Platform, under a project controlled by INVOVIBE TECH LTD. Submissions are written by a server-side function; the records are not publicly readable. Data may be processed on Google infrastructure outside the Cayman Islands.
How long we keep it
Until the soft launch ends, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Records for people who never accept a test invitation are removed once the test programme closes.
Your choices
Email hello@caribbeandominos.com and we will delete your record, tell you exactly what we hold about you, or correct it. No account or verification hoops — just ask from the address you signed up with.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that affects testers who have already signed up, we will email them rather than quietly updating this page.
This notice describes our actual practice in plain terms. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and is not a substitute for the full policy that will accompany the app at general release.
