Privacy policy
This policy covers the Pose: Caribbean Dominoes mobile app and the website at caribbeandominos.com. The data controller is INVOVIBE TECH LTD, a company registered in the Cayman Islands. Contact us any time at hello@caribbeandominos.com.
What we collect
- Your account — a display name and player id, and the sign-in method you use (anonymous, or Continue with Facebook).
- Facebook data (only if you sign in with Facebook) — your public profile (name and profile picture) and your Facebook user id. If you grant the friends permission, we also learn which of your Facebook friends already play Pose, so we can show them on your leaderboard and let you challenge them. We do not receive your full friend list, your posts, or your messages.
- Gameplay — matches played, wins/losses, rankings, in-game coin balance, and match logs used to score games fairly and prevent cheating.
- Purchases — if you buy coins or items, the store (Apple or Google) and our billing provider process the payment; we receive a record that a purchase happened, never your card details.
- Device & diagnostics — device model, operating system, app version, crash reports, and an IP address, used to run the service, fix crashes, and measure performance.
How we use it
To run the game and match you with other players; to keep score, rankings and coin balances; to power friends, leaderboards, challenges and invites; to prevent cheating and abuse; to provide support; and to understand and improve how the game performs. We do not sell your personal data.
Facebook & Meta
When you choose Continue with Facebook, we use Facebook Login to sign you in and — with your permission — to find friends who already play Pose. If you send a friend an invite, that goes through Facebook's own invite dialog. We also use Meta's app-measurement tools so that, if you installed Pose after seeing an ad for it, the install can be attributed; Meta may receive limited event and device data for this purpose. Your use of Facebook is also governed by Meta's Privacy Policy. You can remove Pose's access at any time in your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites.
Who processes your data
- Google Firebase (Google Cloud) — authentication, database, crash reporting and analytics.
- Photon (Exit Games) — realtime multiplayer connectivity during matches.
- Meta Platforms — Facebook Login, friend/invite features, and ad measurement (only as described above).
- Apple App Store / Google Play and our billing provider — purchases.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms, and data may be handled on their infrastructure outside the Cayman Islands.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active. Match logs and diagnostics are kept for a limited period to run and secure the service. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data as described below.
Your rights & deleting your data
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. To delete your account and personal data, follow the steps on our data deletion page, or email hello@caribbeandominos.com from the address or account you signed up with.
Children
Pose is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security & changes
We protect your data with reasonable technical and organisational measures; wallet, ranking and match results are written only by our servers, never by the client. If we make a material change to this policy we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
